The wall of capsule is made of melamine formaldehyde resin. The core is the synthetic product of SRS-101and colorless dyestuff CVL.
1. Particle size: 3-8um, narrowly distributed, medium fastness
2. Solids conten: ≥ 40%, ≥ 50%
3. PH: 7.5-10
4. Color: Blue(or red, black, yellow)
5. Viscosity: 10-300mpa. S at 20 degrees celsius
6. Stable over 6 months when stored sealed
7. In plastic rubber drum, 200kg/drum
Character istics:
-Very good mechanical and storage stability
-Mononuclear capsules
-High copying intersity
-High solid content
-Suitable for self-contained copying paper
